    cheat meal two weeks out?

    Hey im two weeks out from my show right now. i look great just wondering if any of you guys have had a cheat meal this close to the show. normally i stop all my cheat meals at 4 weeks but i have been itching for some food pretty bad these last fiew days. nothing drastic maybe subway and icecream or somthing.

    Proly to late but yes i had a cheat meal this close to the show, and i don't feel it did much damage, but for National level show i would skip it...XXL
