I don't receomend reduction in sodium, just eat regular low sodium diet as you would any other day leading up to the show...and as far as the chicken breasts go, it's only 3 & 1/2 days, you can live through it after the show you can have all you want...XXL
Mrs.Dash seasoning, it has nothing in it all, use all you want. They carry it just about anywhere
Mike XXL is correct. I never do anything with my sodium. I keep it low all the time. We get enough with the foods we eat. If you have come this far going a few days with plain chicken is no big deal.
The seasoning you are looking at might show nothing per serving. However if
you have more then you should it will start to add up. Don't screw up the last minute detail.
