Hey yall just a quick question. i have a comp on may 11 2002. I have been dieting since mid jan. Problem is i have to go in for surgury on march 13th. I am getting my gyna cut out. The doc says i am going to be able to do cardio a fiew days after the opperation. has any one had this surgury? do you think i can be in good enough shape even if i take a suggested 3 weeks off upperbody training?
