    how to pass doping test- took deca?!

    well if its just a standard drug test you'll be fine. they dont test for steroids . if its a steroid test your screwed. deca stays for a long time.

    Deca metabolites can be detected upto 18 months after injection...good luck Bro...XXL

    If you deca was the real deal you are out of luck, what kind of drug teast is it...is it employment related, if so they do not test for AS...XXL

    Over Training ?????

    I work out 6 days aweek
    Monday Chest, Tuesday Back & Shoulders, Wednesday Abs & Legs, Thursday Arms, Friday Chest, Saturday Arms, Sunday off

    Each days workout lasts 2 hours. When Im done im so sore that I can hardly sleep. Oh by the way Im doing a cycle of 800mg Test and 400mg of Deca weekly.
    is this over training??
