Looking for tips to cut fat and maintain muscle mass and agility.
Im a pretty good size guy, 6 foot 270lbs and I play college football. I've tried some stuff out before, but I'm looking for some tips or stuff that could help me cut some body fat and increase my strength and agility. If you have any possible advise or cycles that could help please share them with me.

well you can start off by providing us with how your daily diet looks and what you do as far as working out and cardio.......theres no need for a cycle bro.

If you go to the diet questions forum there is a good thread on cutting, its called "Unofficial how to cut sample diet" or something like that. That thread is really good and provides alot of helpful info. If not theres also a "Gain lean mass sample diet" that thread is very good to.
