    what would be the ideal contest weight for a rookie competitor at 5'11?

    Hey i've been training for a bit over a year and wwas wondering what an ideal contest weight for a 5'11 rookie competitor that can be reckoned with?

    198lbs would make you at the top of light heavies...that would be pretty good, however i have seen guys 5'10" do well as middle weights at 176lbs...i am 5'9"-5'10" and compete as a middle weight at 176lbs and i have done ok...never worst then 4th...XXL
