Looking good man. Add more mass to your chest and shoulders and you'll be good to go.

well actually that pose takes a lot away from your chest so it's hard to tell.

Your hard work is paying off. Are you bulking or cutting on your 8 week diet? Any gear in your recent past or planned for the near future? Also, what does you diet look like?

You look good man. I'd try to get a little close up with the camera next time though as it's tough to tell. Back is looking seriously wide.

You'll get better results posting this in the diet forum, but from what I see you need a fat in meal 2, and I don't know anything about the nutritional facts about pork chops so you'll have to look into that. Looks like a lot of shakes though. Not a tuna eater?

you look good Bro, the diet is a bit short on Carbs and/or essencial fatty acids looks very low calorie and too low at that...and after training you should have some carbs and not just protein drink and creatine...XXL

Just about every meal there could benifit from some fat in it, flaxseed oil would be a good choice EFA, or olive oil for your monounsaturated fats...meal number two need either 10-15ml of oil or some cars like steamed veggies and 5-7.5ml of oil...,meal number 1 & 5 could use 5ml of oil as well, i would bump the total carbs after training to at least 50gm so maybe your sugar in your creatine as well as 2 rice cakes or maybe an apple, as the fructose replaces liver glucogen and glucogen is very important in your liver as it regulates thyroid conversion from unactive T-4 to T-3 which in large part regulats metabolism...so one serving of fruit would be good to keep your metabolism going....hope that helps Bro...XXL

Looking good -- lot of potential to put some serious mass on that frame. As far as diet suggestions, I would have to concur with Mike XXL's suggestions.
