    steak precontest

    Hi,

    Does anyone here eat steak during contest prep? If so how many times a week and what kind is best to eat: filet mignon, sirloin, 93% ground beef....?

    You could have it as much as once a day, it would be your protein/fat meal just do not mix it with any carbs...XXL

    In the last 10 days, due to the calories deficit I have 2 80z (raw) servings of filet.

    Hey guys I am 2 weeks out now. I eat 4 meals of chicken and 2 meals of eggwhites a day for my protein. I am eating 2 cups of boiled rice daily and next week it will only be 1 and 1/2 cups. I am so hungry!!!

    Up until now I have been eating steak (either filet mignon or 93% sirloin patties) 2 or 3 times a week. I was wondering if now I should just stick to chicken up until the show or if I could still eat some lean steak once a week or so?
