Looking to get TIP TOP shape in 4wks!
The reason I am posting this thread in the competition forum is because I would like to treat this as getting ready for a competition. I actually here in 4 wks have a fitness modeling shoot and I want to get into Tip Top shape and completely ripped and shredded. Right now I am currently on a cycle of..
1-10 Test Prop 100mg EOD
6-10 Winny 50mg EOD
Letro 1mg ED
As of right now for stats I am 5'10 185 and about 9% BF and holding some water.
Right now I have a pretty clean diet but what advise I am looking for is really when to cut carbs or cut water, cardio(when...how often)...etc....etc. All your advise would be appriciated. THANK YOU!
