How many of you guys drink diet pop while dieting...

Just wondering how many of you out there still drink diet pop while dieting for a show...i tried the new "Diet Coke with Lemon" and i must say it's the greatest thing ever...i could live on this stuff...

Occasionaly.

I do, only like once a day usually for lunch when I am tried of drinking water, (usually by that time of the day I have downed about 1 gallon of water). So I usually grab a diet coke with lemon and drink it with my lunch to give my taste buds a change of pace.

Only with MacDonalds (when bulking)!!

I hate refined sugars. Not very good for you. I suppose that nutra-sweet crap is just as bad. Choose you poison.

exactly....i only drink soda at lunch, monday-friday. everything else is either milk, crystal light or water

I find carbonate drinks make me look bloated diet or not, so i stay away from them my last 8 weeks.

Eye candy I find the same thing, I have noticed too since I started this new cycle, I get alot of heartburn with diet drinks lately, but then again, could be cause of the hunger pains I get too

hey eye_candy, i get all bloated and retain some seriouse water after drinking diet pop as well, but hey i only got to look good on Saturday April 20th at 12:00PM-prejudging...let's kick some ass....

Can you OD on Crystal Light?

the only way i drink pop(sodas) is when its mixed with alcohol other than that just water.

i know i have been drinking so much Crystal Light it's crazy...it's the only thing that keeps me alive...

Cherry Sugar Free Kool-Aid is the only thing i look forward to now..if anyone lives in an area where they have grape, i would be willing to pay big bucks to get some sent to me since no place has them here

I have grape, drinking it now. hehe. I also drink a few small diet sodas a day, doesn't seem to bug me that much. Where in the hell don't they have grap cool aid, bastards

I read somewhere that soda can make your muscles like flat. Any truth to this? And yes I occasionally drink diet soda usually water though. Nothing refreshes like it!
