What kind of cardio would you guys say has the least potential of shrinking the legs? Last years comp. I did alot of running and the legs got ripped bbut they shrunk. This year Ill bike and walk uphill.

I would recomend brisk walking it is very low impact and you shold retain your leg muscle mass rather well...XXL
