You guys are definately hardcore, I'm still chewing two sticks of Big Red a day, both during training. I guess I should stick to the sugarless.

I tried the ripped fuel gum, i chew it every day, it give you an energie boost and supresses your appitite alittle, The best thing about it is that it last long, it does'nt break apart like other gum does after awhile. It is sugar less but does have 2g of carbs per stick, they reccommend 2 sticks at a time. I would deff suggest it

Medical science say that cheewing gum is bad for the concentration, im not sure if i agree.
Extra white, great taste, lasts a life time and sugarless.

chewing gum for extended periods of time actually burns calories. I read somewhere that 8 calories (on average) an hour are brned in chewing gum. I always have a stick for the whole day when I am cutiing.

twin labs stopped making the ripped fuel gum, but twin labs make the exact same thing under metabolift gum. Its 100% exactly the same as ripped fuel gum was just a different name. I'll check around were you can get it, they have it were i live, it goes for 3.50 for a box of 4 packs containing 5 pieces
