    The perfect day...

If you didn't have to work...and only had to eat, train and do cardio...what would it look like? (when would you do what)

    i.e.

    Cardio
    Eat
    Eat
    Train
    Eat
    Eat/Nap
    Eat
    Cardio
    Eat
    Eat
    Sleep

    6:00 30 min cradio
    7:00 breakfast
    8:00 morning training
9:00 slin and post workout meal
10:00 another post workout meal with some complex carbs
    12:00 lunch
    2:00 protein shake
    2:15 1 1/2 hour nap
    4:00 dinner
    5:30 afternoon training
6:30 slin and post workout meal
7:30 another post workout meal with some complex carbs
    9:30 meal
11:00 1 cup of cottage cheese with glutamine

I think that would work pretty good for me, and of course i am assuming that if i don't have to work i am loaded and can use as many "supplements" as i want...HeHeHe...

your probably right, most i ever ran was about 10K (6miles or so), and hated every second of it, i always felt like a sprinter trying to run a marathon.......

No deathdefying cardio done here in the past couple years. However my Senior year of college my swim coach wanted to give me something to remember him by and made me swim the 5000 meter free(100 laps in an Olympic Size Pool) in addition to my regular events. My time was like alittle under 2 hours(as I've always been a sprinter) and my goggles were imprinted on my face for 48 hours.
