You only ate 4 meals a day...i hope you did not pay for his services...if you did i would take my money back...do a search on carb up on here you will find some info...other wise i would just triple all your carbs on wednesday, double them for thursday, then the regular amount on friday, saturday morning (assuming your show is saturday) i would go out for breakfast eat pancakes, hashbrowns, egg omlette and 2 donuts or danishes...after that just eat dry ricecakes or dry oatmeal untill after pre-judging...after that you can switch to your diet foods just like on firday...peace...XXL

hey mike i was reading up on some of the stuff i found when doing a carbing up search and read that you eat a lot of meat the day prior to the show and on show day just go all out and eat doughnuts, sour patch kids, and chocolate 1-2 hours prior to show. can you notice a difference in this method than with just eat rice cakes and honey?

In words of a very wise man..."to get dramatic results you must take dramatic action"...eating juk food in the morning of the show will fill you out better then ricecakes and honey...adn yes anything goes in the morning as long as you are not drinking water you will hold that extreme conditioning for anywhere between 14-24 hours...that's more then enough to go through the prejuding and the rest of the show...good luck...XXL
