That would normally cost $1,000 or so, to lay out a plan like that...you should have research this for a long time before doing a show, and if you do not have time to research like so many people out there, then they hire trainers to help them out, in anycase here is the link to a thread i wrote (irronicly it's listed 2 threads below yours) which you should have read even bepore posting this...here it is...
