    Stretch Marks

I am not a large guy only about 160lb and I have started to become serious to lifting in the past 6 months. I have developed small red lines on the inside of my biceps and was wondering if they were stretch marks and what to do about them. Sincerely, workin' hard

Sounds like stretch marks, but a pic would help. If they are stretch marks they make lotions and creams that help make them disappear. Check at any drug store or even walmart. Alpha-hydroxy products are the best thing for stretch marks. You need to start stretching really good before you begin each work out. Especially stretch the muscle/muscles that you are working that day. This will drastically minimize the appearance of stretch marks.

In my experience, you can't get rid of stretch marks or stop them from happening, what it really relies on is gentic make up, elasticity of the skin. You can put aloe on them and make sure that you skin is well moisterized, but bro if your muscle grow faster than you skin will allow then your gonna get them regardless what you put on them.

They really can suck when cutting as they take a lot of elasticity out of the skin.
