Actually I take :
Juice :
tren E 500-600 mg/wk
masteron 150 mg eod
test E 250 mg/wk (just for my sexdrive)
clen 160 mcg (2 wks on/off)
supp :
cranberry, milk thistle, multivit, saw palmetto, glutamine, ALC, ZMA
minoxidil
diet :
- carbs 80 gr/day (2 x 40 gr) oatmeal - brown rice
- proteins about 300 gr (6 x 50 gr) chicken, egg, tuna, whey, casein, fish...
+ omega, lignans extract....
- A lot of vegetables with fibers !
every 3 days : up carbs to 200 gr
