    5'9" 205 so i'll probably end up light heavy

    First comp? You are extremely lean for 5 weeks out. Try not to diet down too much or you might end up flat. Legs look like they might still be holding a bit of water, but you have plenty of time to pin point your trouble areas. Let us know how it goes!

    well I did do a show when I was 16 I'm 29 now but I fell out of training for a few years I started back 3 years ago.My legs are holding some water,but everything is coming together quick almost to quick as I only started dieting 2 wks ago.

    Your upper body looks fantastic bro. I think you need to bring up your thighs a bit to match your upper body. Calfs too

    2 Weeks ago?!?! So I am guessing you naturally stay extremely lean huh??

    I was 10% b.f @ 215lbs in fist 2 weeks I lost 17 lbs and went down yo 6% b.f @ 198 I would say alot of it probally half was water weight lost from cutting carbs way down.

    Yea, that initial start to a diet, i tend to drop weight really fast....your right it is probably water, but if you keep dropping weight that fast, you obviously need to re adjust...which you probably already know
