Hey guys im new at the whole bodybuilding thing and need soem advice. I have always done cardio to stay in shape but now i am trying to do it to retain as much muscle and lose as much fat as possible. Well here goes, should i do cardio at 65-75% MHR for 45min one day and the next 85-100% MHR for 15-20 min the next and alternate like this or should i just do 65-75% MHR everyday?
