    Am i doing the wrong thing?

    Just competed for the first time in Sept placing 6th in a field of 17 first timers since the show i have been completely clean ,after dropping from 218lbs to 175lbs over a 16wk period for the show, since which time i've went back upto 196lbs, started dieting again 2 wks ago for a show in March so i have roughly 11 weeks before i hit the stage again and am wondering what you guys feel i should be taking if anything over the next 11 weeks to assist me or is it possible i can stay clean and improve my show condition purely through my diet?....any advice welcomed, shiftin the iron a long time but very new to the science of competing.

    Stats height 5ft 6", weight current 188lbs, Chest 44" Waist 31" Quads 24" Bi's 17" Neck 16.5 calves 16.5, will get some pics uploaded soon for some critique.
