this is going to sound stupid but i was wondering about the sodium contents in tuna. when you open the tuna and then drain the water out does that in fact get rid of some of the sodium because the average can of tuna has roughly 700 mg of sodium. so i was wondering if any body knew an effictive way to deplete some of the sodium because i hold water like noones business and am real sensative to sodium but love tuna ....any tips...thanks dooey
