    help help help

    now isnt this some shit............

in my line of work, people like to save their sick time, so when they retire, they can cash it in for big money. needless to say, a few people have been coming to work either sick or just getting over being sick, and i feel it coming on. nothing major like mono or syphllis, just like a head cold. normally, i would drink like a half gallon of OJ, swig about a cup of nyquil and then crash. i dont want to take the OJ because of the sugar. what do you all think. i have 3.5 weeks to go and i am NOT about to blow it on something like this. vit c pills, echinacea, what!?!?!?!

thanks for all your guyses and girlses help

When i feel a cold coming i take 1gm of vit-c every 6 hours or so, for a total of 4gm, take echinecea twice a day, i double the dose they recomed and 30-40gm of Glutamine (it's the primary fuel for your imune system, so get it done), 2 gallons of water (that's a tough one when you are not feeling well), and make sure you eat your food and get planty of sleep at night, i also take 2 asprins right before bed time...XXL

Wash your hands a lot! Many colds are transmitted not just by airborne particles, but also by touching where the particles settled, then touching your mouth, eyes, nose, etc.

Sounds stupid, but it works for me!

good advice primo. I think I will resign tomorrow. In my letter I wil tell them how upset it made me that every f**cking day they ask me what's for lunch. "its the same thing as yesterday assholes". Doesn't that get on my nerves.

    What's "lunch"?

Don't you mean... "You're eating again?"

to them its lunch, to me its meal 7, because I was up at 4 am before while their fat asses lie in bed for another 3 hours. Thats the type of discipline it takes to be a bodybuilder, about 1 in a million have it.
