Thread: Gettin ripped?

I just lost about fourty pounds and I really want to get ripped out and was wondering if there was a certain diet, workout, or supplement I could incorporate to help the process along. I still have a little more fat to lose I weigh 168 and work out everyday. I take whey and am currently on a rice and oatmeal diet that lost me the fourty pounds. I already run everyday. I am 17 so I am on sort of a budget as far as crazy stackers and fuels go so anything you could think of to help me get ripped I'd appreciate.

Have you tried just a plain ECA stack to help lose the fat? It costs under $10 and is as good if not better than the expensive costly thermogenics out there.You can take it two to three times a day, no more so you can sleep at night (Ephedrine pills- local gas station, called mini thins; Caffeine- vivarin pills ; Asprin--$1 bottle from Dollar General )
Maybe now you should change up your diet, so you are getting some more complex carbs in there, to give you more energy, and shock your body some. Same thing day after day, your body gets use to it.
Are you working out consistently also? I noticed you put you run ; lifting weights will also help your metabolism get burning.
Congratulations on the loss so far, that is incredible

what is the proper ECA combination? 200 caffiene, 25 eph and how much asp??
