    The Fastest Way To Loose Fat....

    Ok guys, I have one for you, what strategies would you apply to your diet and exercise program to loose the most bodyfat in the shortest time possible???
    …and I don’t want to hear HGH, T-3, DNP , Ab-Tronic, Fat Blocker…well you get the point…
    just dieting and cardio and exercise techniques…and legal supplements (not in Mexico)...so let’s hear what you can come up with…

    Everybodys 2 cents will be appritiated...and i know some of you will have more then 2 cents to offer....

    1) Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning
    2) 5-6 Small meals every 3hrs
    3) Weight lifting on emty stomach aswell to burn fat as opposed to carbs or calories
    4) Keep protein very high to help prevent muscle loss
    5) Fat burner(legal)
    DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think I know why you're asking and i have one other thing to say...

    Maybe try doing high intensity cardio for 20-30 mins (max 30 mins) 3 times a week in place of 3 of the ho-hum-60-mins-on-the-treadmill-you- could-do-in-your-sleep-cardio

    That's actually 3 cents

    Cardio twice a day will burn fat off VERY quickly. When I cut I'll do 6 days a week cardio sessions twice a day. Peope say that's too much but I never lose muscle-just keep training heavy and keep the protein super high and listen to your body-it works for me every time-

    Training:
    Up volume and decrease rest time in between sets.
    -I am firm believer of Dorian Yates Training techniques 1 warmup set and 1 all out set 8-12 reps with PERFECT FORM concentrating on the negative. When cutting though I usually add super sets or 1 more set.
    - Decrease rest from 60-90 sec when bulking to 30-45 sec for definition
    INTENSITY INTENSITY INTENSITY

    Cardio-
    4 times per week preferebly on empty stomach in the am increases fat burned 2 fold, if can not wait three hours from last meal and then perform cardio, I feel variety=results and you should alternate between. I usually do two sessions long duration and two sessions with intervals and 3/4 mark about 35 min. Towards the end of cutting cycle I perform 50-1hour of cardio at 75 max heart rate 600-700 calories burned. (start at 60% and move your way up towrds end) If you decide to do cardio after working out and cardio in the morning lower heart rate to 60-65%

    Supplements:
    PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN
    HYDROXYCUT, EXENADRINE, EFX
    CYTODYNE from cytodyne man I swear by this stuff awesome.
    MULTIVITAMIN

    Equipment:
    HEART RATE MONITOR - BEST INVESTMENT
    Mini blender for office
    Good walkman
    STOP WATCH

    Diet:
    -The www.glycemicindex.com best web site for rating slow burning carbs
    -Monitor calories so that a deficit is created from calories taken in and calories burned.The following is a great site that measures calories for cutting and bulking http://www.hussman.org/fitness/bmrcalc.htm
    -Tapper off carbs towrds end of the week remember variety=results
    eat every 2-3 hours
    And thanks to you MikeXXL, Dr.D, eye candy Primodonna for convincing me of Post work out simple sugar immediateley after work out with protein later.

    Keto diet will lose the quickest but in my opinion is dangerous and very unhealthy + bad breath.

    I wouldn't touch DNP (for a show) unless i had used it before and knew how long it took to get rid of the water

    Then again if this isn't about losing it for a show, ignore what i said

    I find that high intensity cardio in the middle of the night only builds my grip strength, and anyway it would have to be interval training like 2 min high intensity maybe 10 min rest and then go again... ...XXL

    Ok guys thanks for your hints and replies, i am going on a 4 weeks fat termination program that i designed, KETO diet, Slin, ECA, supplementation, funky training not to much cradio and a lot of different little factors, i will let you guys know how it all works out, i think i am on to something here...have you ever gotten abs in 4 weeks, well i will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
