final week

well, i am in my final week. i think that i looked better last week than i do now. i stopped cardio 2 weeks out which i think might have been a mistake. once again, i wont have a tight glute ham tie in. and i cant stand that. eating nothin but sweet potatos and chix sux, and it seems like i am holding water. hopefully that will change thursday friday and saturday with the taraxatone and the prep h. this will be my last post until after the show, and i will try to get pics posted as soon as i get them. Thanks to everyones help especially, Dr. D, XXL and EyeCandy for their insight and a very special thanks to babyweight for becoming a great friend and keeping me focused.

Good luck to you!!! Remember to let your mind relax because stress can make the body hold water, it is the body's natural response to stress. Go over and over your Manditories and routene so you feel more confident. Don't do any more leg work at all, you are too close. They'll get tighter and you will do great!
