    Question Last week Low Soduim.....

What would you chose as a low soduim protien in your diet during the last week. I've dropped the shake and all I've been eating 2 weeks out is tuna, eggs, and chicken. My carb source is grits.
I know that eggs are LOADED with soduim. I'm goign to miss them next week So they are out. Canned Tuna: Super high sodium!! Its out also. I don't know about the chicken. I freakn' about letting red meat in at this point because its been out for so long and I look good. So what do yu guys Live on in the last week, that is a good low soduim protien as I drink distilled water slowly tappering it off. I want to do this the right way. I'm so glad I found this site.

Let me know whats up. I'm very close the show. I want to do start to buy the things that I'm going to need to eat.

I'm sure you know how nervouse I am this is only my 4th show ever.nervous:

Traditionally all I consume the last week for protien sources are flank steak and little amounts of chicken. Shit I rememeber a few years back buying flank steak for the last weeks 325$US. Shit~I like the fatloading better and it cheaper.

Dam! I really like Flank steak. That will make the last week much more easier for me to bear. Tell me about the fatloading. Why is it so much cheaper? What food did you use to fat load? I'm in almost a week out. This is going fast.

Thanks for the help Doc. D. it is comming right on time!

I ate 3 lbs of flank a day for the last two weeks. On my carb depleting days I had nothing but flank steak. Hope you have a good grill! I was so hungry that I would eat the steak in pieces off the grill as it became done.

I ate tuna, eggs and frozen chicken all the way up to my show, and i don't feel it hurt my conditioning...once your body gets into a balance with whatever you are eating i wouldn't change to much...XXL
