I'm gunning for a show Sept. 21st. Then the Pittsburgh Sept. 28th.
However I want to try the junk food carb and fat load thing. I have been reading up on this but have never tried it in the last 15 shows I have done. So there is a show in Cleveland on Sept. 7th. I might just give it a trial run. I still have many questions that I must work throught. This Cleveland show weight in isn't till 12:30. Show starts at 2:00. Any suggestions as to when junk food should start Friday night?

Palme,

First of all I'd like to thank PWRof2, Mike XXL, Doc. D, Silverfox, Letmein, and Primodonna for taking the time of day to help me with variouse matters in the Competitive Arena.

I will not be competing until early next year. I plan on doing 3 shows. I also carry a Teenage superfreak as a training partner. The kid has 19' calves and is thic everywhere. He will definately hit teen Nationals before he hits 19. I am fired up for the up comming year.

Hi all

I'm doing my first show come 1st September . This is going to be a learning curve for me .
