Diet on show day

Hi all
Can anyone please tell me what one's diet looks like on the actual day of the show and what to do if the show runs for 2 or 3 days

Any info appreciated:unsure:

On the day of the show i would go for all you can eat buffet take about 10-12iu of slin (humulin-R) about 15min before and eat, eat and eat....all ia can and off course some donuts right after that are waiting in the car.............oh i can't wait to do another show......oh yeah by the way i am being absolutely seriouse here...............after breakfast of champions, just potatos and steak for me.............

As for shows that run for 2-3 days, i don't know never thought about it, but i would think you can trully dial in only once, so pick prejudging, where all the points are scored...good luck...XXL

So what do you eat during the day , normally here in SA the prejudging is in the morning and the final show in the evening or whith the national championships the'll have the prejudging on the Friday and the main show on the Saturday

Steak and steamed Veggies...and pizza....LOL....XXL
