Couple of quick comp questions
I have a couple of quick competiton questions and would really appreciate everyone's comments.
1) Do you drop flax oil from your precomp diet? If so, how far out?
2) What day of the week is your last day of lifting before a Saturday comp? What body part(s) do you lift on that last day? What is the last day for cardio? (I am in the process of figuring out what my last 10 days of workouts are going to look like so I like to hear what everyone elses looks like).

I have no clue with the flax seed oil, I dont use it.
I would stop training wed. I would not train legs 1 1/2 weeks before.

I keep flaxseed oil in untill i start carb and fat loading...i stop training on tuesday and thursday morning do my decarb work out, cardio is stopped on tuesday morning, and legs about 1 1/2 weks out...good luck...XXLSOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.
