    Hi all

    Can someone please help me with a list of the poses on has to perform at a bodybuilding show and maybe some good links to sites that covers this

    Any info appreciated

    Front lat spread
    Side chest
    Rear dounble bis
    Rear lat spread
    Side triceps
    Abs and thighs

    It's slightly different for woman, but i am pretty sure you are looking for info on man...sorry, got no links for you Bro...XXL

    I was also going to reccomend bodybuilding.com

    They show the mandatory poses, plus more . Good site

    Thanks for the info and URL's you guys are the best , I actually went to check out a competition this weekend and the standard of bodybuilding is definitely entering a new era in our country ( South Africa ). The sport has gone from an amature sport to one where the athletes actually gets something back ( eg. money or supplements )

    thanks again for the info , I am on a info gathering frenzy concerning competition as I want to compete next year

    front double bi's
    front lat spread
    side chest(right or left, whatever side you do first)
    side tri's(same as above)
    rear double bi's w/spiked calf(best one)
    rear lat spread w/spiked calf(best one)
    side chest(same as above)
    side tri's(same as above)
    abdominal's w/thigh extended(right or left, whatever is you're best)
    most muscular

    i'm assuming these poses you're asking for are for your posing routine and not mandatories cause these are similar to the mands but not as many poses. also if this is for your routine, you can add some other poses that are not part of the mands. Hope this helps.
