    Talking Your fave motivating Training Videos?

    What training vids can you guys recommend? I have three really good ones that always get me fired up to hit the gym... all Mitsuru Okabe films, preparing for recent Olympias:

    Ronnie Coleman the Unbelievable!
    If you haven's seen it, get it now - big Ron training with insane weights, plus some footage from when he was a full-time cop. He trains alone, with occasional help from the guy who owns the gym. He is HUGE.

    Jay Cutler: A Cut Above
    A more clinical, serious approach than Ron, but a fantastic vid, with Jay looking BIG, training alone or with his wife. Some good posing stuff too.

    Dennis James: This is how I do it!
    DJ training in his gym in Thailand - what a cool, funny guy. He trains with a team of 3 or 4 guys who are helping him prepare.

    What other training vids are worth a look? Anyone seen the Lee Priest ones?

    These are the ones i have found and they all modivate me bigtime. If you dont have dorian's , pick it up i believe you will like it.

    Arnold Schwarzenegger: Pumping Iron (1:21:49)
    Ronnie Coleman: The Unbelieveable (57:53)
    Dorian Yates: Blood & Guts (1:02:34)

    anything with Jenna gets two thumbs up in my book. No training video gets the test flowing like that!!

    As for real bodybuilding videos and of the "Battle for the Oympia" videos.

    i have many videos, if you are looking for training videos, Coleman's is the best--ive seen them all, if you think the competitions motivate you--see the 2000 Mr. Olympia or the 99 Olympia-Coleman is ungodly in both. As for the battle for the Olympias--awesome, email me with any other questions, ive seen many videos.. later

    The Matrix!!! But seriously, when i saw that shit in the movie theater I immediatly thought - "Wow... this idea will work great in the gym! The weights don't really exist and they will do what I want them to do if I can undrstand that." Seriously, The Matrix made me want to head straight to the gym. I was pumped for the next days chest workout. But unfortunatly the 405 pounds did exist lol

    hi guys i have a lot of bb movies and got them all for free off kazaa file sharing pumping iron ronnie coleman etc give it a go you could have them saved on your pc in no time and at no cost
