I havent been to a show yet, but im competing in October and November lol. Great idea right. Well, i was wondering what are some common contest mistakes made? Maybe some you have made. If you list them, i can learn form them and try not to make them myself since i have no idea what to watch for. I do have someone going with me though. Only one i know as of now is dont stare at the women back stage in their skimpy outfits for a particular reason lol.
Do not cut your water to soon, do not cut sodium no sodium loading and then cutting sodium out, do not listen to to many people about last weeks prep, do not over do the diuretics...and most important be ready 2 weeks out so you can try out your carb and fat load...XXL
try out youre diuretic days before the show,just to c how u feel,i tryed many ,the potasium savers dont work well for me and some just wipe u out ,brain dead so try them out before ,good luck
