Hey i just had a thought, my shows are Oct 19th and Nov 02nd, which means they each are exactly 1 week before yours. I will be posting all of my last minute prep on here and diuretics and water cutting and the results of how it all works out. You can have a look at what i will do and you will be left with a decission to either follow something similar or not...just thought that will help you out a bit the week before the show.

You not winning your shows will not be a waste of time for me, it's about coming in the best you can, all other factors are totally out of your hands you never know who's gonna show up to compete and there are a lot of freaks out there. For exempl i am gunning for placing at the first show top 3, i will be satisfied with any placing in there, now the second show, well i want to win that one, that is my main show and that's what i will be dialing in 100% for...XXL
