I had such a good time, and my favorite part was the routines. I want a kick ass routine next time since my friend is going to tape it. What is everyones favorite combinations and transitions?
I like the ab n theigh into a crab double pump most muscular.
Also like single bi on downward angle into a twisting double bi.

I didnt do any of these, but when i saw them i loved them.
I clicked on the link. I like that pose also......but am afraid to get myself into that position......what if you dont get back up gracefully???:(
I have no problem coming up from that position. Im wondering how to transition INTO it.
Also, still lookin to hear what everyone else likes. What makes up a good routine?
It has to be entertaining to a certain degree as I feel it should draw the crowd in, but also have the elements of bodybuilding in it, not just a strip teas kind of shit…XXL
