Help with a diet for a type one diabetic
My fiancees a type one diabetic (totaly insulin dependant) and she is going to start competeing next spring. She has a ton of muscle but we have trouble getting her super cut. If her blood sugar gets low she has to eat carbs no matter what time it is day, night. That makes it hard to carb rotate or do any kind of low carb diet at all. And the insulin dependancy makes her body want to hold onto its fat. Does anyone have any exp with contest help for a person like this? any help would be great.
