Some people claim Glycerol will help but I have no personal experience with it.
I also heard cream filled donuts will :-)

What are some foods, or better yet ways to identify foods, that contain amounts of glycerol to make the required doseage for a good pump? How long before stage time should this be done? Im guessin half hr.

Does insulin before stage time help fill you out? Is there a chance of spill over and sub q water? Exactly how would this be done? Id guess to a lesser extent than it would be used post workout. You ever try this Mike?
