No. High level of simple sugars braddah... the sugars will stop fat loss. Drink water.
i'm all the way with warrior on this one, the only think i would consider other then water would possibly be milk
No milk either, try crystal light or sugar free cool-aid, the only time i can see any benifit to having poweraid would be right after your workout...XXL
