thanks mike, i am doing another comp in 1 week, if you want to critique my plan it would be apreciated, the show is next friday, i am consuming around 200g carbs everday currently
sat-mondaycarb deplete
tues-fri carbing up very slowly untill thursday which i will have 500-600 g carbs, show is at 2:30 pm friday, on friday i will prob eat mostly ricecakes, may go out to eat
i am on clen /proviron and nolvadex and i may use aldactone
