powders hold water???
Is it true that too much protein intake, especially in the form of powders (meal replacements, etc.) will cause one too hold water? Is this true of too much glutamine as well? This is what a trainer who competes told me, wondering if any of you guys knew if their is any validity to this...

Yes it can make you hold some water, more for some then others, i for exemple cut mine out 1 weeks before the show and i am fine in a week all the water is gone...XXL
