If you lost more then 20lbs in 5 weeks I would be upper your carbs. If you lose more then 3lbs/week you are definetly cutting back on carbs way to much and this is causing you not only to lose fat but to lose lean muscle mass as well. And you and I both know you don't want that.
About gaining weight back after the show...everyone is different to exactly how they go about putting it on...but you can expect a good gain of I'd say 10-15lbs within a few days. Most of the water of course.
Some people have even went up to 25-30lbs within a week after the show.

i remember when my competition finish ,after 7 weeks i gain 20lbs
I get back 20-25 lbs in a matter of 2 days...:D...and love it, well i feel like shit but love being tight and big...lol...XXL
