Im trying to cut up for this spring break. I was wondering how to judge my caloric intake??? How much should I eat to get to contest-looking shape?? I've never dieted and right now I'm 181 lbs at 5'11''. I would like to shed some pounds on my stomach and cut up my chest. I'm fairly lean but I still cant see more than 2 abs!! How, when and what should I eat. I'm willing to be extreme and I can be very dicaplend...I've heard of just fish diets. I've even heard of only protein diets.......How are these??
