Unhappy Need advice about School and BodyBuilding!

    Hello Everyone,

I have a question about me going to High School while doing
bodybuilding. I'am 16 years old who works out very intense in the gym.
I Weigh 155 lb. and I'am 5'7. I'am in the quest for huge muscular gains.
My problem is that I have a P.E. class which I'am required to participate which is very frustrating.Would that interfere with my quest to gain mass. If so, does anyone have advice. Please !

Hey man, i was there before, dont worry so much about it, PE will keep you active and fit, just make sure you are getting enough calories and protein at home, if you are required to lift during PE, just adjust your training regimen so that you arent working the same muscles the next say and so on. dude your hormones are racing now, you dont have anything to worry about but Make sure you are eating and eating and eating ..peace

i was there too my friend always pack a huge lunch. man my locker was like a fridge i made some pretty good gains in school. i wouldnt worry about the pe class i should last for ever plus it helps keep your metabolism up you dont want to get fat do you. Plus it beats doing cardio on a treadmill

Bring some meal replacement bars to school. I left a whole box of 'em in my locker when i had PE, so all of the carbs and excess calories i needed for growth that i lost with cardio work in PE, i got back afterwards. Just never let yourself get hungry, and you'll be more than fine. Peace

    SP,

There would not be anything wrong with you participating with the PE class. Hell, I might make you burn a bit of calories but what the hell you will look better anyway. Glad you are seriouse about your lifting.
