    Question

Day 1: Chest, Biceps, Forearms, Wrists.
Day 7: Legs, Calves, (I'd like to add back in here because its alot less complicated doing legs with back)
    Day 1: Back, Triceps, Shoulders.

Is it ok doing legs and back in the same workout??

Oh i definately have the energy and dedication but i wanted to know if it's good to? since back and legs are 2 big muscle groups, anyone else do this? i find it alot easier and less complicated then doing back and legs on seperate days. in other words, will i get the same gains as if i did them seperate?

I think doing back and legs would be pretty good if you're doing dead lifts at the end of your back workout and go right into your leg workout or vice versa. I get a great back and hamstring pump doing deadlifts and I use it in my back workout one week, then my leg workout the next.

So if you got the energy to do both workouts on the same day, then I'd do it.

I just can't see me doing over an hour of heavy leg stuff and then doing a back workout. I'd be dead. I'm dead after doing my leg presses and then my squats. Sometimes I don't even do my calves on leg day since I'm so tired by the end of it. Must be getting too old
