    Pic 4 weeks out may 17th

    Alright people i finally got a pic taken so critique away. Here are my stats
    I am 19 years old
    Started dieting feb 22 at 215 lbs
    now in picture i am about 172lbs
    im 5'9''
    arms 16'1/4
    waist 30'
    quads 23'
    Calves 16'

    Ive got 4 weeks left till the show this will be my second one wish my luck i figure im about 9% bf right now although i look a little bloated in this pic but i hope i am ready for the show. Any thoughts???

    Young'un,

    For your age you are definatelly ahead of the ball game. For 4 weeks left you are going to barely make it for condition. I can already see you legs separating out nicely but your upper body needs to get tighter. With a little more age comes hardness. Abs, chest, delts. You have good size on the delts. I would recomend that you concentrate on diet and cardio to get as tight as you can. At 4 weeks out you will not get any bigger. I train with a 18yr old. That little MF rocks. I've seen teens kick ass........the've got so much psycho energy to get things done. You can make it happen in 4 weeks just dont waste a day! Hope you gat someone whooping your ass and pissing you off in the gym for motivation cause that is what it takes sometimes.

    Thanks. im not really all that worried though. i have dropped weight real easy in the pas so i dont see it being any problem to get in tip top shap but thanks thats the motivation i need. I will post more pics after the show.

    This was me 12 weeks ago at 215 and about 18%bf

    I think you look real good, and are doing very well. You are really good at dieting as well, 43 lb in 3 months...Wow! Great muscle preservation.

    hey nice work gettin cut so far youg'un! it's been a pain for me. i need to recalculate my BF % on here but it wasn't too high to begin with maybe ~15%. any way I'm wondering what you do to get rid of body hair. that's been a pain for me. i'm not extremely hairy but i've got enough so that when i shave it looks significantly better. i've tried nair and got burned haha :P. i've also tried waxing here and there but it's tedious definitely painful on the abs. any tips are appreciated. keep up tha hard work man.
