Fat Loading logic question
Alright, it seems like pretty much everyone goes for whoppers for their big shit load meal the night before the contest. The thing i don't understand is why you would use fast food. I know there is a shit load of calories in em, but nearly all the fat is from trans-fatty acids. To me it would seem like it would make sense to use like walnuts or almonds because your body can use those natural fats but it can't use the trans-fatty acids in fast food.
Some guy i asked told me you could eat tires, and it wouldn't matter cuz your body would anything you give it to "fill out".
So please someone tell me why you would want trans-fatty acids(i.e whopper) over natural fats(i.e walnuts).
