New to this form: need advice on bulking cycle for first bb comp?

First post! Need help on bulking cycle. I have been taking gear on and off for many years. I believe I just need the right advice. I am good with diet and workouts I am very athletic. I am 5'9 200lbs. I have good genetics. I am good with cutting cycles. Just need help with a good stack. Not looking for low mg start up. I currently take sust 300mg 2x per wk. thx for the help.

P.S. I prob left out a lot of info excuse me if I did first time user.

Post your question in the anabolic q&a, it'll get more traffic there.

Add your complete stats, age/height/weight/bf%, training experience, the exact cycles and PCT's you ran and current bloodwork if you have any.

There's nothing all that special about off-season cycles...basic compounds, there isn't some secret stack. The three key things are growing without getting too fat, deciding how far you want to push it in terms of dosing and not sticking with the same crap when and if it's not working.

The three reasons most off-seasons are unsuccessful or not as successful as they could have been:

    1. Not eating enough to grow.
    2. Eating too much and getting too fat.
    3. Not growing and continuing to do the same things expecting it to some how change.

^^^ what metalject said, I find so many people do number 3. They do the same thing for years on the go thinking its magically going to start working...if it didn't work for 3 years its not going to work now...I like "meat and potatoe" type of cycles for off season, test is always a base for me, around 500mg per week, 200-300mg of tren enanth (the only tren I can tolerate) and 50mg ED of some anabolic like Anavar , this works wonders for me, I am not huge on high doses anymore as I am recreational user now, of course arimidex 0.5mg EOD...

I'm in the same boat. Been going to a few contests lately and the masters guys in my class are simply weak. Can't believe some of them get on stage......

The drive and motivation inherent in competitive bodybuilders keep you young. I look at many of the younger generation who are half my age and think, my god, what have you done to yourself.

What's that old Jethro Tull song, "To Old To Rock N Roll, To Young To Die?"

I agree 100% i see guys that are 30 and are a wreck...and look 10 years older then i do...there is definitely something to be said about working out staying healthy, eating quality foods and ensuring all hormones are at an optimal level :-) lol i still got the bug for competition and so does my wife, we both said next year is the year, this time for real...LOL...there has been some new things i have learned and want to implement them on myself for contest prep, be the guinea pig and see how well it works, plus i want to prove to myself and some 20 something year old punks around here that i am still the man...lmao!

Funny. That's exactly what I said. I looked at the guys in the Masters Nationals and was not impressed with the guy who won my age group. Not at all.
