    Abount Men's Physique.

    Hey there guys and girls.
I have a question about if it's needed to do steroids for compete in men's physique.
I want to try my first show, just putting on abit more mass first, but to get those poppin out shoulders, seperation and all things like that, does it work to achieve without the drugs?
and, how are the dosages in that competivite range vs a highweight bodybuilding show.

    Greetings Macce from sweden.

Give it a try with out. If you like competing then decide if you want to use steroids .

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Start off in a natural federation first, if you enjoy it and want to up the ante, go for it later.

One of the competitors in the classic physique competition @ the Mr. Olympia regularly trains at one of the gyms I go to, have watched him work out for about 7 months now. Definitely not natural.

I competed in men's physique a number of times. Depending on the show
Juicing can actually hurt your placing. One show I was in, I was definitely way to big and muscular for what that particular federation was looking for. I was sitting at about 210-212 ish and monsterously larger than the other guys. They were all built like anorexic soccer player. I did not place well and the judges comments were that I should have competed in the bodybuilding class.

Now while I was competing NPC I was actually undersized for my hieght I felt like. So basically you have to pick the show and federation and determine how you want to approach your own training. Men's classic physique would have been the catagory I would have preferred had they had it when I was competing, which you definitely need to juice to be competitive in. Lol
