opions on my routine ...
heres my training split can you guys let me know if its good or should i change a few things or add something or am i doing something wrong ! what im going for is 100% bulk and mass from a routine !
day 1 - chest : 5 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
day 2 - back : 5 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
- traps : 2 exercises 2 sets 6-8 reps
(deads hit my traps so i work them with back)
day 3 - shoulders : 4 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
day 4 - quads : 5 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
- calves : 2 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
day 5 - bi's : 3 exercise 4 sets 6-8 reps
- tri's : 3 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
*on all the big power movements (flat bench,bent rows or chins,shoulder press,squats) i do 10,8,6,4,2,2,2,2 !
*im thinking about making up a routine that works every muscle 2 times per week because im currently running a fina cycle and want to bulk and i also recover fast, but do you think it will be too much? which way should i go for putting on the most mass possible ?

bulk and mass comes from a diet. have you posted your diet somewhere.
the routine looks good though. try to get rest days after back and legs; those should be your 2 hardest days
