what is your diet like. cant gain mass unless you are eating for mass (calories over maintenance)
i eat about 8-9 times a day and mostly like whole foods and no junk food and i eat everything i see !
and make sure im over 3500 calories a day !
1st off you should know excally what your eating everything in site is no help for us. You need to weight and measure everything for a bit, and we need your current stats and training program.
