Ok so I am two weeks out from my first ever competition. I never used insulin but after reading long posts and extensive research I started thinking about the possibility of using it. However I dont know how my body would react to it. Do you think I should stick with my old plan or introduce slin?
I'd stick with the old plan and not introduce slin so close to a show. Even experienced people can end up gaining a lot of fat on it and that's really not what you're gonna want that close to a show. But hey I don't compete, just offerin' my 2 cents.
